The quality of care in Holland is very high and belongs to the best in Europe and even in the world. Because of this good care and prosperity, the average age of the Dutch people is increasing. In combination with aging the demand for care is increasing enormously in hospitals, nursing homes and home care. There is also aging in care, approx 23% of the employees is older than 55 years. All these facts created a pressing demand for nurses. The estimations are that over 80,000 vacancies must be filled in the coming years.

Nursework is a Dutch company and focussing on recruiting suitable candidates for care vacancies in the Netherlands. Nursework selects well-qualified nurses and caregivers from other European Economic Area (EEA) countries for care functions in nursing homes, home care and hospitals. In connection with recognized diplomas, and in order to minimize cultural differences, Nursework seeks candidates in EEA countries as close as possible to the Netherlands, such as Poland.
